This hybrid working policy can be used to set out the guidelines that are expected from both the company and employees with regards to the management of hybrid working and the associated arrangements for working at home.
This hybrid working policy covers:
- Eligibility for hybrid working.
- Arrangements and procedures for the split between attending work and working remotely.
- How individual circumstances will be taken into account.
- Roles and responsibilities.
- Setting up the remote working arrangement (IT, equipment, health & safety, homeworking and data protection).
- How to remove the hybrid working benefit (if required).
If you do not want to introduce this as a specific hybrid working policy, you could consider using some of the wording within this policy and instead adapting or updating your existing flexible working policy to include hybrid working in its own category.
