Use this agreement…
- To confirm in writing to the employees involved the outcome of mediation.
This agreement covers:
- What was agreed by the employees during the mediation.
- A plan of action going forward.
- How to manage future issues.
- Both employees are asked to sign the agreement.

- If one of the parties refuses to sign the agreement.
- If you would like advice on an SOSR dismissal if one of the parties needs to be dismissed following this process.
