This COSHH assessment allows you to tell people about hazardous substances and what PPE to wear in order to reduce exposure. It also provides direction on what to do if things go wrong and how to dispose of the item/product. We have pre-filled some examples in our COSHH Assessment template, which you can edit or delete as relevant/appropriate.
